Shift 1 Client Prep

Description

On prep days at 5 Loaves, our team works behind the scenes to get everything ready for client distribution. Volunteers help stock shelves, bag produce, pack food boxes, organize hygiene products, baby supplies, and pet food, sort donations, break down bulk items, and complete other tasks that help us serve local families efficiently and with care. It's a busy, rewarding shift that makes a direct impact on our community!

When you arrive, please come into the office and check in at one of our volunteer kiosks. Simply find your name, print your name tag, and then head out to the warehouse where our team will get you started.

Important: Every individual who plans to volunteer must have their own account in our volunteer portal and be registered for the shift, regardless of age. This ensures that all required waivers have been completed and allows us to accurately plan for volunteer attendance.

Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe tennis shoes. For safety reasons, we ask that you leave all personal belongings locked in your vehicle.
